| I was searching the web today when I got up because of one of my many pregnancy dreams for food! Well I found this really good recipe. They are soooo good.
Homemade English Muffins
The interesting thing I found out is they are pan fried. In all my years as an adult and a child, I always assumed they were baked. Give it a try yourself :)
Here is a Hollandaise Sauce to go with it:
2 cups unsalted butter
6 large egg yolks
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over moderate heat. Remove pan from heat and let stand for 3 minutes. Skim foam from top of melted butter. In a separate bowl whisk together the yolks, lemon juice, and water in another heavy saucepan until frothy. Set pan over low heat and whisk constantly and vigorously until yolks are pale yellow and slightly thickened about 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and gradually whisk in melted butter: drop by drop for first third of butter, then 1 teaspoon at a time for second third and 1 tablespoon at a time for final third, leaving milky solids in bottom of pan. Whisk in salt and white pepper. | | |
| I was laying down on the love seat, only comfortable place in the house. My eyes are close, My husband walks up to me and starts rubbing my stomach. Ask me is the baby sleeping, I was rather annoyed. I told him I don't know but I was trying to rest. All he could say was Oh. In all the years of our marriage and all the times we have had children he has never done this. How should I take this? I wanted to snap at him being as tired as I am.
I had been schooling the kids all morning and trying to get Samantha and Sarah to understand reading, it is a struggle every single day with those 2 because they don't see the importance of reading or learning. Now we started my 6 year old son this year. He already knows the basic's his numbers his ABC's and all that stuff they would teach him in preschool. I have never had a child yet be so eager and willing to LEARN! It is such a stress relief to sit down when it is his turn and just show him all the stuff out there to learn. I ask a question and he actually answer instead of mumbling I don't know or nothing at all. My second to youngest daughter got upset when she saw me teaching him and ask me what are you doing, I told her I am teaching him to read is there a problem? You never wish or desire to pay attention does it matter? Instead of replying she just went back to her math worksheets in a huff? Ok I don't understand at all is she jealous? Will this help her and her sister finally learn to read and pay attention?! I hope so. | | |

| Well everything came to head, I had to give the character back and he had to give me mine back. Now they do not allow trading between characters at all. Which I think is fair in all it's rights. However he tried to turn this all around on me again, saying hey where the eq from the naked one? I told them it on my husband character. Geez some people.

| There is this game I play on the net, You have to telnet to get into it. So this game has rules about multiplying, you cant take one characters EQ from one of your ALTS to another right. Well there is this guy who did it and I reported it. I knew he did it cause it was my character I was trading him for one of his, and she was naked. Well when I log in his he already had log in her. And low and behold she wasnt naked. I even asked him where he got all that stuff, claim he had some friends. This guy Hardly plays but an hour a day hello! So I told the "Immortals" about it. Well it had been a week since all this came about and I thought maybe I was wrong, well today he sends me a tell and says did you tell the immortals that I had complain about how fast he became eq'ed. Well this guy has the gull to turn this all around on me like it my fault and I did the wrong!? HELLO YOU are the one that CHEATED! GAH. I just love when you tell the "COPS" in the world you turn into a squealer or a whiner. BUT MEH
